The Fullerton Hotel Singapore First Impression - Everything was well from pre-arrival till check out with exceptional customer service from the hotel staff. You will be greeted from the very first step you walk into the hotel and guided to check in counter.  Room - The heritage room is spacious with balcony facing the Singapore River. My favorite area is the toilet which is super spacious with heated toilet seat and a separate bathtub as well as standing rain shower. Kids Amenities - If you bring your kids along, they will be given a complimentary coloring kit and complimentary ice cream daily.  Other highlight:  - If you are interested in heritage tour, the hotel do provide complimentary guided tour which you can pre-book it prior to arrival.  - If you are a green person, you could even sign up for their farm tour which the hotel grow their own spices and plants. - Free Koi fish feeding daily in the evening for kids.
