Location - Fort Siloso Address - Siloso Rd, 099981 Getting There - Board Sentosa Bus A or C and alight at Siloso Point Operating Hours - 9am - 6pm Admission fee - Free Fort Siloso is the sole restored coastal gun battery from the 12 such batteries which made up "Fortress Singapore" at the start of World War II. It is now a museum to understand the history of it during World War II. Admission to the fort is free, and guides are available at a fee as well. The museum is filled with a wax figures that depict the actual scene during the war. There are plenty of guns and recreated props such as food rations and other common use item to show case the life during that period. A plus point is that, part of the museum is air conditioned and the rest are well ventilated. You can also explore the tunnels and fire directors tower to learn more about the history.
