Black Mamba & Pad Krapao Croquettes 🦐 ❣️8/10📍Raw Kitchen Bar, Singapore #foeifyinsg ✏️ Black Mamba is a black fried rice with tiger prawn 🍤(fresh and crunchy), squid ink sofrito🦑, fermented chili samba 🌶 and topped with curry leaves🌱. This is an all time signature dish at Raw Kitchen Bar🌟. The first impression of this dish was “this is HUGE”. Also their fried rice was very fragrance and for every bite, you will also get a small bits of squid meat for extra chewy texture. It would be a nice dish to share as the portion can be a bit big for one😆(but I do finished all by myself lol) 😂. Would love to have more prawns to balance with the rice ratio🦐. I also ordered Pad Krapao Croquettes🐔. This is such a unique combo. The fillings was creamy and went very nice with the crispy texture outside. It would be perfect if the Pad Krapao flavors can be more prominent. But overall, it was very nice experience and would go back to try more delicious dishes💕🥰.
