I recently took Singapore Airlines flight 827 from Shanghai Pudong to Singapore in economy class. Check in was quick with a lot of counters open and about 40 minutes before the flight, the staff came around to inform us that boarding would start. The boarding was very orderly and the new Airbus A350 had good wifi, entertainment system and very attentive cabin crew. The toilets are very well maintained and there are free toothbrushes even in economy. The entertainment system allowed for you to shop online should you wish to buy anything in person or deliver to your house. I ordered a low fat meal for the morning flight, which was tasty, and the crew came through the cabin lots of times with drinks and snacks to make sure everyone was looked after. During the flight, the cabin lights were dimmed for people to sleep and the seat in economy had a good recline angle #wecreate
