Singapore’s newest omakase spot

This was truly an experience. Having : Omakse Lunch set ( 10 course @ $150 ) Tomidou at Nassim Hill is hidden in a quiet nook of the mall where the interior of the restaurant transports you to it’s own lil enclave. The stage has been set for the artisan sushi chefs to prepare and create food right infront of your eyes. This was my first omakase experience and how glad I was that it was with Tomidou. The ingredients are flown in from Japan every 3 days that guarantees the taste will always be authentically fresh and Japanese. Every piece served was beautifully presented and painstakingly curated to give you the best all rounded taste journey.
