The place has almost a century of history. During those days there were increases in crime cases hence this led to a demand for a bigger space prison. Which is why part of its building became the first prison. I love how colourful I visit the place was at night. The multi colour used really makes the building stand out from the rest around the area. My hubby and I used to pass by this area as we find the light up very beautiful and it catches our eyes.
