It reminds me of my younger days when my mother taught me how to cook. One of these best cooked dishes is chicken rice. I still remember the days she will bring me to the market and taught me how to choose the best chicken to cook for the chicken rice. In the past, my late grand parents will go to the market and buy fish meat to make fresh yong tau fu during our gatherings and festive season. Now we will buy them from the market to save time and the hassle of turning the fish meat into Yong Tau fu meat. Walking through the exhibition did bring me back to my younger days. I will cherish those memories and share them with my future generations.
