Colonial restaurant dining

Perched atop a hill near southern Singapore, this lovely restaurant has an unbeatable ambience, especially if you’re dining al fresco! Many weddings are held here as it feels very romantic, so it’s definitely a good place to bring a date. The colonial style decor adds to the elegance as well. It is fairly inaccessible though as you will either have to walk up the hill or drive. This restaurant specializes in Spanish cuisine, and most of the items we had were super yummy! One must-try dish is the roasted cauliflower, so good it actually tastes meaty and umami.
