Monochrome elegance

There is a well-known cafe in Singapore called P.S. Cafe with branches in different parts of the country and even in Shanghai! Since opening their doors back in 1999, they have been dishing out delicious western cuisine and desserts. The most popular thing to order on their menu is the shoestring truffle fries, super addictive especially when paired with the mayo. During our visit this time, we ordered the signature burger and the beer-battered fish and chips. I could choose the doneness of my beef patty and it turned out pretty alright, just more chewy than expected. But the fish and chips was yummy and crispy comfort food!
