First and foremost, the hotel's location is truly exceptional, being situated just one building away from the Promenade metro station. This convenient proximity greatly facilitated my movement around the city. The hotel staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. They consistently exhibited attentiveness, a strong desire to accommodate, and were highly responsive, whether in face-to-face interactions or through the hotel's chat systems. Their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to the Centennial Suite, and I must say it was nothing short of magnificent. The suite afforded me a breathtaking view of the fountain and an expansive panorama encompassing the city center and the eastern side of Singapore. The day bed in the suite provided an ideal spot for a brief respite before dining at one of the nearby restaurants. For business travelers, the sturdy work desk in the suite was a valuable asset, particularly if your professional commitments lead you to Suntec. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel for such purposes. The breakfast experience at the hotel was truly delightful, featuring a diverse array of Asian and Western favorites, and even included the unexpected treat of ice cream. Access to the Executive Lounge further enhanced the experience, providing an even more impressive view than the one I enjoyed from my suite. I must also commend the quality of coffee served in the Terrace – not only did it boast an appealing appearance and aroma, but it also delivered an exquisite taste, especially when paired with their delectable pastries. In summary, my stay at Conrad Centennial Singapore surpassed my expectations. The Centennial Suite offered a luxurious and memorable experience, for which I am sincerely appreciative.
