Free Beer at the End of the Tour!

One of the tours you can experience in Singapore that is so quintessentially Singapore is the Tiger Brewery Tour. When a friend visited Singapore, she wanted to come and take this tour as she was interested in how the brewery is big but doesn’t really employ that much people. She was interested in the automation haha as she was definitely not a drinker. Tiger beer is an iconic beer from Singapore. The tour allows you to see the brewing process or steps. Being able to see how the automated packaging/canning with maybe just 1 or 2 people just supervising was awesome to see. Photos are not allowed at the automation though. History and how the beer became internationally known was also part of the tour. The tour will also teach you how to pour a proper pint of the beer which makes the tour interactive. Lastly, my favorite part of the tour was the sampling session. We were directed to the Tiger Tavern wherein we can sample a variety of the beers available. We were also able to get 1 bottled crystal tiger beer as souvenir!
