The shophouses were redeveloped by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in the early 1980s as part of the Emerald Hill conservation project. There is 2 level for the shophouses, first being the registration and second to the main shop. You will see the stairs has been beautifully decorated with lights to get into the mood of Christmas. The window frame is the nostalgic wooden with push out window style and the wall is decorated to mosaic.
