Yan Restaurant at National Gallery Singapore

#singaporetrip Yan is a fancy Chinese restaurant inside the National Gallery Singapore. I was surprised by how good their Cantonese food was. The best dish was the lobster vermicelli. The lobster was juicy and cooked perfectly, and it tasted great with the springy noodles. Another dish I liked a lot was the roasted duck. It smelled amazing and was very tender. Steamed fish was cooked to perfection. All the other dishes were also delicious, made with fresh ingredients and cooked using traditional Cantonese methods. The staff were nice and quick.
