🇸🇬 Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine

#familytrips2024 It was our first time trying Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine as it always has a super long queue during dinner time. The menu is very exciting as Huimin cuisine is known to be bold, spicy flavours and vibrant use of chili peppers 🫑.We decided to go for their Hunan-Style Fried Pork ($22.90). This homely-tasting dish featured tender and juicy pork slices stir-fried with a generous amount of green pepper. It was so good to pair with the white rice 🍚 that was cooked to perfection!
