🇸🇬 Lye Bo Toss Noodle 🍜

#traveldiaries Lye Bo Toss Noodle is a hidden gem in Alexandra Village Food Centre. We had tried it before and had been craving for it so decided to pay it a visit on Sunday. There’s no way to not spot the stall with the striking orange signboard. The star of the show is definitely the noodle. We love the honey glazed bbq pork which isn’t the typical char Siew that we commonly see. It’s thick, not fatty and right amount of flavor. The noodle has remarkable springiness which came to our surprise to find such noodle in a hawker centre. Do top the noodle with a little of the chili oil and chili powder to add some oomph to it! #singapore #foodie #singaporefood
