Sen-Ryo, affordable Japanese restaurant

#moreinsg Sen-Ryo, is one of the popular and hardest booking restaurant in Singapore, the restaurant is always fully booked and have to make reservation like 6 months ago in order to get a weekend slot. What it is so famous of is their fresh ingredient at affordable price and it’s insta-grammable dishes display worth the wait. Dishes I love such as Otoro Sashimi, sen-ryo Sushi, Japanese Wagyu Sushi Platter, DIY Uni Platter, Tamagoyaki Mentai, Grilled Chicken Thigh with Charcoal Style Sauce, Kaisen Nabe. especially love the otoro, every sliver has bite, has gratifyingly chewy fat, and only needs a smidge of wasabi and soy sauce.
