Price per Person - From $5.00 up Rating - 4.3 / 5 Waterway Point Feature Series - 22 This classy patisserie is located at the West Wing side of Waterway Point and is immediately on the left side of the mall upon entry @ Basement 1 entrance. This outlet also has a few tall tables and stools for dine-in customers. Chateraise Patisserie originates from Japan. In brief, their products are made from specially curated fresh ingredients produced at contracted farms and pastures. Desserts are made only in their factory and delivered to Chateraise patisserie shops worldwide. When I visited the outlet, I had the pleasure of purchasing two slices of their fluffy and fresh cream cakes to celebrate a friend's birthday : - White Zebra Mille Crepe @ $4.70 - Fruit Square Cake @ $5.10 If you have tried their pastries before, you will find that they are pretty soft and yummy, plus the fruity bits are juicy and sweet too. Right now, it's Melon season in Japan and Chateraise is having their Japanese Melon Fair at all their outlets (since 13 May). Basically, they make use of the prized melons grown in the Ibaraki Prefecture (the largest melon production area in Japan) which are well known to have a very sweet and juicy green flesh, and then incorporate them in their cakes and pastries.
