Seasonal Afternoon Tea at 10 Scotts

Looking for a decadent place to dine and spend the afternoon with some good friends? Go for the afternoon tea set at 10 Scotts, Grand Hyatt Hotel Singapore and be prepared to be spoiled! I went with a couple of girl friends for afternoon tea and it was a luxurious affair with exotic food items such as smoked salmon with blinis, blue swimmer crabmeat with caviar (expensive!!), crispy curry puffs, plant based fish cake and yellow fin tuna loin. To top it off, dessert comes with strawberry tarts, caramel ice cream and scones with clotted cream. Do note the hotel is currently under renovation but the restaurant is not affected in terms of the noise level. #moreinsg
