Butterknife Folks: delicious ice cream place

#moreinsg Singapore is getting hotter and hotter as in the peak of "summer" now. One day while we were at Funan, we were craving for ice cream, and not just any other ice cream we wanted non "normal" flavours and Butterknife Folk was the only Gelato shop that hit our criteria. It's flavour are uncommon, we selected "Cha Yen" the thai mlk tea and "Speculoos" which is the Lotus Biscoff speculoos cookie butter gelato. Cha Yen was on a cone, we only tried one cone as it cost additional 50 cents. And yes the cone was worth it. Doesn't taste "heaty" too. I heard that the owner think that starting a new business with so many competitors is like fighting a battle with a butter knife lol. This ice cream store does not have a fix menu and once somethings so old, it may not reappear soon, so we are advise to buy them as soon as we see them. What was unique was seeing the mirrors on top, we actually didn't know and was right at the glass, staring at the flavours lol.
