Fusion Food at Ratio Inc + Gastrobar

Check out Ratio Inc’s newest gastrobar in Orchard ION! Known for their robotic arm barista/bartender, what sets this outlet apart is their extensive hot fusion food items and desserts on the menu. The classic [Wagyu Beef Burger ($24.50)] was a thick and juicy cheese-blanketed beef patty sandwiched between buttered buns well toasted to crisp 🍔 Topped with sweet caramelised onions and crispy bacon, this was an enjoyable burger! It also comes with a side of sweet potato fries 🍟 
The [Char Siew Kurobuta Sandwich ($22.90)] was my favourite dish of the night! The ciabatta bread was really soft yet crisp at its edges and the caramelised char siew slices (using kurobuta pork collar) were meaty, tender and flavourful 😍 Apart from the char siew sauce, the fresh greens were drizzled with an asian sweet and spicy dressing! The crunchy kale and side of achar were also really good and refreshing 😋 
We got a plate of [Har Cheong Wings ($12.50)] to share, which is their rendition of zichar Har Cheong Kai wings! They were not too salty and had a light prawn paste taste. Not too oily, crisp exterior, decently tender meat 👍🏻 Finally, we ended our meal with a fragrant and sweet [Ondeh-Ondeh Cake ($12.90)], which was served with a scoop of coconut ice cream 🥥
