Blossom is a contemporary Chinese restaurant, the food is a modern Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, a mix of traditional and modern flavours. Located on the ground floor lobby area of Marina Bay Sands, with elegant design, the sleek drinking bar and the private rooms. The live seafood of Crab from Sri Lankan cooked with black lamp or pepper sauce is a very nice dish. Prawn stir fried with Wasabi Mayonise also a good dish to order, and Sauteed scallops with lily bulbs and asparagus n X.O sauce is a must try dish.
