The carbonara tasted so creamy and milky that it’s just very pleasant to the palate. I personally am a person who likes to eat creamy stuff. But at the same time, the pasta is not overly creamy to the point where I buy it gets too much. Also, how cool is it to have the chef cook it in front of you! Other than the cheese will pasta which was the highlight of the experience, for drinks I ordered a classic Singapore sling. For appetisers it’s sweet potato fries, followed by mains of seafood pasta and pepperoni pizza. The portions fed my table of 4 really well and the food came very quickly and still tasted great. food seasoned well, pasta made al Dante 🥰🥰 it was a really great reward after a week of hard work!! in addition to great food, the environment is splendid as well. UE Square is a little far away from the bustling city. And for someone who works within the city, I really enjoyed the opportunity to have a quiet area where I can wind down with my favourite people.
