DEJI Fish Soup ABC Brickworks

This stall is famous for their fried fish thick bee hoon soup, seafood soup, and batang fish slice Teochew porridge (S$4/5/6). They used to have “Ban Mian” and “Mee Hoon Kueh” but are now no longer available because the owners were overwhelmed by so many different orders. They will just focus on fish soup dishes. I like their “Ee Mee” fried fish soup, it was so good and sweet, I can taste the essence of fish, a decent portion for a small eater. You may choose to add the evaporated milk.
