Positives - Great customer experience - Only selected deluxe suites come with tubs so remember to book and ask front desk when checking in if you want to a tub - Also, some suites come with partial Harbour View so check with front desk as well - Samsung Smart TV in the living room comes with a sound bar - Sound insulation is fantastic - Lovely bathroom amenities by Balmain - Two TVs can be pretty useful Negatives - Suite showing signs of wear and tear - Cleanliness slightly lacking (could feel the stickiness of oil stains on the kitchen cabinets) - Sofa was too soft (not enough support, “sinking in” - Pillows were also a little too soft - took a couple of mins to get the hot water running - bathtub a little shallow - Living room tv could be bigger (40 inch) #tripblazers #staycation
