Juicy & Fresh Char Siew Wonton Noodles~

Wonton noodle dish at Wen Kang Ji on Joo Chiat Road - I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The overall dish was great, with a nice balance of flavors and textures. The standout feature for me was the char siew - it was both juicy and succulent, with a fresh taste that was not overly processed or artificial in any way. It was a refreshing change from the dry and artificially colored char siew that can often be found in other noodle dishes. The wontons were also cooked to perfection, with a nice chewiness to them.
