For Hamburg Steak Keisuke, the main attraction is the beef patties served on sizzling hotplates, and the free-flow side dishes selections for each main order (sort of like a semi-buffet). You can pick your own eggs, salads, Japanese sides and even fruits and coffee jelly while waiting for your mains to be cooked and served to you. There's a limit of 90 minutes for each table, which is quite reasonable.
