A Bowl of Comfort Kway Teow soup

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Kway Teow soup and Mee pork dry at Katong (Jago) Teochew Mee Pok Kway Teow Mee. Starting with the Kway Teow soup, the broth was flavorful and had a nice balance of saltiness and sweetness. The kway teow noodles were soft and silky, and the accompanying fish balls and pork slices were fresh and cooked to perfection. It was a comforting and satisfying dish, perfect for a chilly day.😁😁 Moving on to the Mee pork dry, the dish was a medley of textures and flavors. The noodles were chewy and coated with a tasty sauce that had a hint of spiciness. The pork slices were tender and flavorful.
