Fiery handmade chewy noodle chilli ban mian🌶️

Hey, fellow foodies! Today, I'm excited to share my thoughts on a dish that I recently tried at Malaysia Boleh @I12 Katong - the Chilli Ban Mian. First things first, let's talk about the presentation. The dish arrived at my table looking vibrant and appetizing, with its bright red chilli oil, springy noodles, and generous toppings of minced pork, ikan bilis, and vegetables. It was clear that the chef put effort into making the dish look appealing, and I couldn't wait to dig in. Now, on to the taste. As someone who loves spicy food, I have to say that the Chilli Ban Mian did not disappoint. The chilli oil had a kick to it that lingered on my tongue, but it was so overpowering that I couldn't taste the other elements of the dish lol. The noodles had a AMAZING chewy texture, and the toppings added a depth of flavor that complemented the spice well. I particularly enjoyed the crunch of the ikan bilis.
