#familytrips2024 Our family visit to Diocletian's Palace in Split was an extraordinary blend of history and exploration. The ancient Roman palace, seamlessly integrated into the vibrant heart of the city, offered us a fascinating glimpse into the past. The kids were amazed by the towering stone walls and labyrinthine alleys, while we marveled at the well-preserved ruins and intricate architectural details. Highlights included the Peristyle courtyard, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, and the underground cellars. We enjoyed gelato from a nearby vendor as we wandered through the bustling market stalls within the palace complex, making for a day filled with discovery and delight. Next on our list is Japan. We're excited to explore its vibrant cities, serene temples, and picturesque landscapes. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the tranquil gardens of Kyoto, Japan offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity. The kids can't wait to see cherry blossoms, try authentic sushi, and maybe even spot a sumo wrestler. With its rich culture and family-friendly attractions, Japan promises to be an unforgettable destination for our next family adventure.
