A walk through Suifenhe, exploring its century-old buildings.

Suifenhe is a border town that emerged with the construction of the Chinese Eastern Railway (CER) and developed as a port city along with the operation of the CER. Today, we take a high-speed train from Harbin to Suifenhe, which takes three hours and fifteen minutes. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we immediately set out to visit the following: Picture 1: Russian century-old rye bread shop (Lucy's Bakery); Picture 2: Suifenhe Christian Church (former site of the Orthodox Church); Picture 3: Chinese Eastern Railway Memorial Hall (former waiting room of Suifenhe Old Railway Station); Picture 4: Suifenhe City Museum (former school for Soviet and Russian immigrants); Picture 5: Former Soviet Consulate; Picture 6: Former Japanese Consulate (commonly known as the "Head Building"); Picture 7: Former Europa Hotel; Picture 8: Suifenhe Railway White Building (Suifenhe Red International Passage Memorial Hall); Picture 9: Simbach Brewery.
