Hot Spot in Suwon: Yukhoe Yamun Salmon with Grilled Blue Crabs as the Main Dish!

Yukhoe Yamun Salmon Suwon Ingye Branch Many new restaurants have opened in Suwon, and I recently visited one that I highly recommend: Yukhoe Yamun Salmon! Blue crabs are in season these days, but it's a hassle to buy and steam them yourself. I wanted to enjoy them as a light snack with some drinks, and I found the perfect place! The blue crabs, with a fragrant garlic butter aroma, are already prepped and ready to eat. The savory scent mixed with the crab meat was absolutely delicious! The yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), yuk sashimi (raw beef slices), and salmon sashimi were incredibly fresh, and thanks to the dry ice, they stayed cool until the last bite, which made the experience even more satisfying! They are also running a discount event on alcoholic beverages, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended!
