Recommended Tonkatsu Restaurant in Busan

During my trip to Busan, I visited a tonkatsu restaurant called Yumi Tonkatsu, which was recommended by locals. I went there around lunchtime, and there was quite a long wait, so I had to wait for about 30 minutes before getting in. The tonkatsu was well-drained of oil and crispy, perfectly paired with a light sauce. The white-toned curtains and soft lighting inside the restaurant created a pleasant atmosphere.
