2024 Suzhou Flower Exhibition—Shangfangshan National Forest Park in Suzhou

Shangfangshan is located in the southwestern suburbs of Suzhou, northwest of Shi Lake, as the northeastern spur of the Qizi Mountains, with an elevation of 92.6 meters. Situated in Hengtang Street, Huqiu District, it is a scenic area that integrates ecology, tourism, leisure, and science education. Shangfangshan has established the Shangfangshan National Forest Park, an important part of the Shi Lake scenic area. Located in the subtropical monsoon marine climate zone, the forest coverage rate exceeds 95%. There are 465 species of plants from 124 families and 205 genera, including more than 20 attractions such as the Lengjia Pagoda, Baijiao Platform, Qianlong Imperial Path, Zhiping Temple, Shi Lake Thatched Cottage, Stone Buddha Temple, Fan Chengda Shrine, and Yue Gong Well.
