Suzhou Pingjiang Road Historic District.

Pingjiang Road Historic District is a cultural treasure with a history of over 2,500 years. It has preserved the double chessboard layout of "parallel roads and rivers, adjacent streets and rivers" depicted in the Song Dynasty's "Pingjiang Map" and the typical Jiangnan water town style, with white walls and black tiles, small bridges and flowing water, and black awning boats leisurely shuttling back and forth. The sound of Suzhou Pingtan in the alleys shows the unique charm of the Jiangnan water town.
