Lovely food

The escargot, served in a flavourful herb butter, was another highlight. The combination of flavours was perfect. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and service. Great wine by the glass recommendations and superb wines. Steak with Frittes was as good as it gets, same with the parfait. If we go back I’ll order just those, plenty filling enough. On the Downside the Confit Duck was way too salty and the crepes for dessert were like very heavy doughy thin pancakes, heavy going but nice fancy table preparation. It was surprising to have these not so good dishes given it’s a small and specialised menu and a quiet night. #sydneytrip #localguides
