One of my favourite place for Saturday brunch. The egg Benedict is to die for. I had Benedicts in many places but this one is by far the best. Although, they keep changing the menu and my favourite chicken Benedict is no longer served but they have duck option. See the coffee art. Portion was really big. My beef was so tender that you wouldn’t need any teeth. Well-balanced dish with full of flavour. Coffee was 8 out of 10. And the hot chocolate was also 8 out of 10. The Yuan Yi Yuan filter is definitely a dark horse of a filter as China is hardly a locality one thinks of when thinking about coffee beans. It is very much a coffee in the style of a tea with primarily rose & lychee top notes. Hints of peach & peach iced tea come in once the coffee begins to cool down. #sydneytrip #localguides
