Metropolitan Opera House in Taiwan 👏

Designed by Toyo Ito, the National Taichung Theatre is a landmark for Taiwan. The facade is sculpted into an irregular form reflective of a coral reef. The interior awakens people’s memory of being inside the caves, where visitors can enjoy a kind of spatial experience. The organic curvaceous forms continue seamlessly inside the building. In the day time, you can have a beautiful view with the sun cast through the building. The night view is even more beautiful.
