ILLUME TAIPEI Hotel

The Illume Hotel has clearly been in operation for several decades, and both the building itself and the hotel are well-known, seeming to have established quite a good reputation. It is now operating with a revamped management team and a new name, having undergone multiple renovations. The hotel has a long history, which is a plus, and when you stay here, you can see and feel it because its operation is very professional, and everyone you meet here is very polite and courteous. I have stayed here a few times, and previously, due to some health issues, I had to seek help when choosing a room... Not only was the hotel happy to help me find a room that better suited my needs, but at the time I did not realize, the assistant front desk manager Max Wang took time out of his busy schedule to personally come and help me select a more suitable room type, so I really want to sincerely thank him... Please note that this is a large hotel, which has always dealt with tour groups, large banquets, and weddings, so the fact that they would send an assistant manager to help a single guest with special needs just shows how much the hotel management values providing service to their customers... Therefore, I am really impressed with this point and the hotel rooms themselves... The renovated rooms look very new, and compared to Taipei's new hotels, the rooms may be quite narrow... So, basically, with this hotel, you are staying at a mature place, managed by a highly professional management team that values customer service... Moreover, the renovated rooms themselves are spacious and quiet, with well-designed bathrooms, and the cleaning staff do a very good job in terms of room cleanliness... Therefore, I highly recommend the Illume Hotel...
