A popular coffee spot

So fika cafe is pretty popular in taipei. We tried a one and one, which is a double espresso split into a shot and cortado/cap. Although it was not to my liking. The espresso did taste clean but felt watery, it should have had more body, maybe their house blend, more likely because they pull normal shots instead of ristretto. Or could it be that people prefer it that way? The milk in the cap was steamed well with tight microfoam but the drink is overwhelmingly milky, I would have preferred a more espresso forward ratio. Next time I’ll try one of the pour over selections given their range of beans but overall not my favorite. #chinatrip #taipei #rocchina
