Instil Coffee.

I sprained my ankle at the North Gate, and it took me 30 minutes to get there👨🏻🦯 It's a shame it was raining too😩🫠 Instil Coffee is located in an alley near Zhongshan Station🏠 It was right next to the Airbnb where I stayed for a year in Taipei😮 It feels both strange and nostalgic💭 The small Dutch waffle shop and donut shop I used to visit are still there🥹 This coffee shop, designed in a Japanese industrial style, is a favorite of Mr. Shimizu👀 A huge spherical chandelier, like a moon, is the centerpiece of the room🌖 The towering trees inside breathe life into this concrete space🪨🌳 I was running late, so I had another appointment after this🚶🏻♂️ I only ordered a long black coffee, but it was delicious🥃 I will definitely come back next time I'm in Taipei🤓
