Tangshan·Hetou Old Street

Hetou Old Street is a cultural and tourism project jointly developed by Tangshan Cultural Tourism Group and the Fengnan District Government of Tangshan City. It is located in Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China, at the center of the Tangjin Canal Ecological Tourism Resort. The street stretches from the Tangjin Canal Cultural Street Bridge in the north to the Youyuan Bridge in the south, with a total length of about 1000 meters and a building area of 31,000 square meters. The project is operated by Tangshan Fengnan Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The Hetou Old Street project centers on Hetou culture, with elements of the prosperous Tang Dynasty as the main theme. It integrates modern trendy culture with local folk culture and temple fair culture, creating an immersive cultural and tourism street. The main construction contents include Tang-style lantern arrays, flower boat performances, micro-scenario performances, and overall business planning enhancements, with a planned investment of 270 million yuan. The Hetou Old Street project uses the Tangjin Canal as its axis and the commercial streets on both sides of the river as its wings, forming an "one axis, two wings" industrial pattern. It customizes the "Night Economy·Most Tangshan" full scene, immersively recreating the "century-old Hetou grand scene".
