Tianjin Ritz | Such a beautiful Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton Tianjin is located in the British-style scenic area on Taian Road, Tianjin, where various European-style buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries can be seen everywhere. The hotel building's architectural history dates back to the British Concession's Gordon Hall in 1890, which was rebuilt into the Tianjin Municipal Building in 1976, and reconstructed by the Ritz-Carlton in 2013. Entering the lobby is like breaking into a European castle, with a strong sense of luxurious palace style. The hotel's decor is mainly in ivory white, gold, and blue, both gorgeous and textured. Art pieces are visible everywhere: Roman columns, black and white checkered patterns, crystal lamps, blue and white porcelain... cleverly blending Eastern and Western cultures. The guest room layout is still grand, with exquisite corridors, double washbasins, independent terraces, etc. My room faces the hotel's sky garden, and it's quite comfortable to lean on the terrace and bask in the afternoon sun.
