If you are not afraid of mountain roads, you can choose to climb from the Great Waterfall to the top of the mountain (this section of the mountain road is more physically demanding, with a rest point halfway), but each section of the waterfall has different beautiful views. There is a horizontal plank road at the top of the mountain, walk all the way to the glass bridge (additional charge, if you are afraid to walk the glass bridge, you can directly walk from the side to the gate of Qiongtai Xiangu scenic area, 10 minutes more), cross the glass bridge to Qiongtai Xiangu scenic area, then it is all the way downhill, the road is steep, but the scenery is good, all the way down to the gate of Qiongtai Xiangu scenic area (the whole journey is about 4 hours), after going downhill if you want to return to the gate of the Great Waterfall scenic area, you need to take a shuttle bus (10 yuan), it is recommended to directly take a ride-hailing car to Guoqing Temple South Gate, which is convenient and fast. 2. In Linhai, you can choose to stay near the ancient city, which is relatively convenient to go to the scenic area. The entire Taizhou Prefecture city walls are about 6 kilometers long, and going up and down also requires a certain amount of physical strength, with several entrances and exits along the way. It is recommended to go to Jinshan Pagoda Forest, Tianning Temple, Longxing Temple first, then from Ziyang Street to Chaotianmen to climb the city wall, and from Lanshengmen to descend the city wall. The night views of Donghu and Ziyang Street are good, around 7 pm first go to Donghu to take pictures, then go to Ziyang Street to stroll and eat, the popular snacks on Ziyang Street also require queuing 😀 3. Turn around to the popular Ruyi Bridge, you can choose to take the north cable car down the mountain, but if you still have the physical strength, it is recommended to walk past Ruyi Bridge and return to the south cable car down the mountain. One is that since you are here, don't leave regrets, and the other is that the south cable car has a larger capacity and the queue for going down the mountain is faster. Lastly, it is recommended to bring some dry food and water when climbing Tiantai Mountain Great Waterfall and the residence of immortals, eating and drinking along the way can better relieve fatigue.
