Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building

A viewing platform up at the Tokyo Government Metropolitan Building. It's definitely worth a visit and the views over Tokyo speak for themselves, especially since it's free to enter. You get views in most directions including Mount Fuji in the distance on a clear day. There's a donated free to play piano inside if you so desire, or else you can listen to whomever takes the seat whilst you enjoy the views. In the middle of the floor is a souvenir shop, as well as a mini cafe. There's also a drink vending machine in one corner of the floor. You should check their website in advance for which observation floor is open and at what time. In 2024 I wish to visit this place again. #2024wish
