So I will show you the private onsen suite at Tokyo Toyosu Manyo club which I had it for 1 hour. This is additional charge and you can make a reservation at the reception once you enter the onsen area. Private onsen is a good choice for couple who wish to soak together or for individual who are not used to get naked with a group of same gender strangers in the public bath. You have all the same ameneties in the private onsen and this suite has their onsen in a bathtub. The onsen water is controlled by sensor and will auto-refill with onsen water.
