Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

My stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo was fantastic. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the JR line and the airport bus terminal. Booking in advance also ensured a reasonable price. I loved that I could choose between soft, medium, or hard pillows for a personalized sleep experience. The room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom, despite being cleaned daily, had a slight odor. The front desk staff were very helpful, including the staff guarding the hotel's front entrance. They assisted us in navigating the area by suggesting ways to reach restaurants. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service during my stay. The room was spotless, but the only downside was that the provided toilet paper was a bit thin. The hotel has multiple dining options, laundry service and self-service laundry, in-room massage service, room service, a convenience store, a clinic, a nursing room, a pool area, a fitness area, and bathrooms.
