#hospitality Wow we just loved this place! SPG Titanium and made to feel like an Ambassador from stepping out of Uber until departure! Check in was a breeze, upgraded to huge 2 room / 2 bathroom suite facing Tokyo tower on top floor! Sick views. Lots of staff, all professionals and attentive to our every need. First night as we pulled away from hotel for dinner, 4 staff in deep bows - blew us away at the level of care and service of this excellent team. Outdoor lounge and sky bar were favorites.
