Tokyo wonders in 24 hours

There is so much to see in Toyko! But we managed to squeeze a lot into our first 24 hours. This route below gave us a good sense of the city and its iconic craziness, and was entirely walkable! 🗓️Itinerary Scheduling: • Start the day with a visit to Meiji Jingi, look out for the consecrated sake barrels which make a great photo ⛩️ • From there, head to Omotesando Hills for coffee and to browse the boutique shops ☕️ • Then, head to Takeshita street for a sensory overload of colourful fashion and rainbow food 🌈 🍭 • From here, it’s a quick walk to Shinjuku to see the neon lights that Tokyo is famous for 🏙️ • Head then to Golden Gai and marvel at the tiny bars and restaurants seating just a handful of people 🍻 • Once the sun has set, head up to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, which has a free sightseeing platform #toptip #100waysoftravel #tokyo #tokyotrip #japantrip #citystroll #nightlife
