Beaver Bread Address: 3 Chome-4-3 Higashinihonbashi, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0004, Japan It was by chance I came to this tiny bakery shop. It was a small artisanal bakery selling pastries, bread and cheese. This bakery shop only can accommodate three customers at any time and only does take-away. I asked the baker which was his favourite and he told me croissant. So I must buy it and eat it. Remember I said it was by chance to find this bakery. It was actually by scent, the scent of fresh bakery brought me here. I was lucky that my hotel was around the same neighbourhood.
