Mount Mangart

#mytraveldiary Mangart quickly became one of my favorite mountains in Slovenia. The road leading up is one of the highest in the country, with jaw-dropping switchbacks that reveal stunning panoramas. I hiked the Mangart Saddle trail, which offers views over both Slovenia and Italy—a unique perspective! The mountain has a rugged charm, with dramatic cliffs and grassy slopes. Watching the sunset from Mangart felt surreal, with glowing peaks stretching into the horizon. It’s a mountain that makes you feel small, yet deeply connected to nature’s grandeur. #mytraveldiary
